Privacy Policy for Caveman Vs Dragon
Effective date: September 4, 2026
Team2Go (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Caveman Vs Dragon mobile application and website at cavemanvsdragon.com (collectively, the “Game”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game collects, why it is collected, how it is handled, and the choices available to players.
Information We Collect
Leaderboard and account information
When you participate in the global leaderboard, we may collect:
Your chosen leaderboard name
Your game score and level reached
The date and time your score was achieved
A password used to protect your leaderboard name
Random player, installation, credential, and session identifiers
Passwords are transmitted securely and stored only in hashed form. We do not store your readable password and cannot recover a forgotten password.
Your leaderboard name, ranking, score, level, and score date may be publicly visible to other players.
The current version of the Game does not request your real name, postal address, telephone number, or payment information.
Gameplay and technical information
To operate and improve the Game, prevent abuse, and maintain the leaderboard, we may collect:
A randomly generated installation identifier
Number of game launches and rounds played
Number of times the installation reaches the global leaderboard
Scores and levels reached
Whether touch, keyboard, or game-controller input is used
Platform and device category, such as Android, web, phone, tablet, or desktop
App version
Event dates and times
Approximate country or region derived by our hosting provider from the network connection
We do not collect GPS location, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, advertising identifiers, IMEI numbers, device serial numbers, or MAC addresses.
Our application server does not retain raw IP addresses. A temporary rotating cryptographic representation of an IP address may be used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Internet hosting providers may process IP addresses and similar connection information as necessary to provide and secure their services.
Information stored on your device
The Game may store local leaderboard results, preferences, cached leaderboard information, gameplay counters, session tokens, and random installation credentials on your device or in browser storage.
Removing the application or clearing its storage normally removes this locally stored information. Information previously submitted to the global leaderboard remains on our servers until it is deleted as described below.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Operate the Game and global leaderboard
Register and protect leaderboard names
Authenticate returning players on the same or another device
Record and rank scores
Save game-related preferences and local results
Detect abuse, excessive requests, and fraudulent leaderboard activity
Understand general gameplay usage and improve the Game
Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and administer our services
Respond to privacy or support requests
We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or provide it to data brokers.
Service Providers
Information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, including:
Cloudflare, for application hosting, database services, network delivery, security, approximate regional information, and abuse prevention
Supabase, for anonymous installation-based gameplay statistics
Vercel, for hosting and delivering the web version of the Game
These providers may process technical connection information according to their own privacy policies and agreements with us. We disclose information to them only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Game.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of players or others, or in connection with a legal business transfer.
Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption for information transmitted between the Game and our servers. Passwords are salted and cryptographically hashed. Authentication tokens and credentials are designed to be difficult to predict. Access to administrative systems is restricted.
No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable measures designed to protect collected information.
Data Retention
Leaderboard profiles and scores are generally retained while the profile remains active or as needed to operate the leaderboard.
Authentication sessions expire and may be replaced periodically. Temporary rate-limiting records are retained only briefly. Anonymous gameplay statistics may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to analyze and improve the Game.
When a verified account-deletion request is completed, account-linked leaderboard, installation, session, score, and analytics information is permanently deleted or de-identified from active systems and protected from restoration through our managed backups. Limited non-identifying records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documenting a deletion request.
Your Choices and Account Deletion
You may choose not to submit a score to the global leaderboard. Local gameplay remains available without creating a leaderboard profile, subject to the Game’s current functionality.
To request deletion of your leaderboard profile and associated data:
Email: privacy@team2go.co.kr
Please include your leaderboard name and enough information for us to verify that you control the profile. We may request authentication before permanently deleting the profile.
Deleting the Game from your device does not automatically delete information already submitted to the global leaderboard.
Children’s Privacy
The Game does not knowingly request a child’s real name, email address, precise location, contacts, photographs, or other sensitive personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact us to request its deletion.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, our service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Game, website, or store listing when appropriate.
